Hamburger buns

So easy to make, I bake, slice then freeze❤️


Recipe for 6 (150g) buns:


🍔3 1/2 cups of bread or all purpose flour 

🍔1 tablespoons dry yeast 

🍔3 tablespoons of sugar 

🍔1 cup of water (May need a few tbsp more)

🍔1 egg 

🍔3 tablespoons oil

🍔1 tsp of salt 

topping:

🍔1 egg & sesame

Directions:


Knead all dough ingredients in order (salt last) for 7-10 minutes.


Let rise covered about an hour or until doubled.


Knead 2 more minutes and make balls about 150g each.


Place them in a pan with baking sheet spaced apart.


Take a rolling pin and flatten each ball a bit, cover with a towel until it rises to twice the size (about 30 minutes)


Brush with egg and sprinkle sesame


Bake at 360F for about 30 minutes 


Until beautiful golden brown
