Cinnamon Rolls

Make the BEST Cinnamon Rolls from scratch
In a mixer (or by hand) mix in the following ingredients in order:
❤️ 3 + 1/2 cups all purpose flour
❤️ 1/4 cup sugar
❤️ 1 Tbsp. dry yeast
❤️ 1 cup warm water
❤️ 1/4 cup oil
❤️ 1/4 tsp salt
❤️ 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Filling:
Mix together:
1/2 stick of melted butter
1/3 cup of sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
Frosting:
Mix together:
100 grams powdered sugar
2 tablespoons of melted butter
1/2 cup sour cream

Directions
kneed all dough ingredients for 7-10 minutes.
Place dough inside a large bowl, oil spray & cover the dough with a plastic wrap, a bag or a towel, let rise 20 minutes.
Punch in dough, kneed for 1 minute and let rise covered , 1 hour, (oil spray on top of dough to avoid drying).
After dough has about doubled, knead about 2-5 minutes and start flattening the dough with a rolling pin sprinkling some flour to avoid dough sticking to the surface. Flatten to a thin square layer.
Sprinkle the sugar cinnamon mix on top of the flat dough sheet then roll completely, cut to equal slices and place in an oiled pan.
Let rise covered another 25 minutes.
bake at 365 degrees F for 20-30 minutes. Ready when golden brown.
Drizzle frosting when hot out of the oven ❤️
