Watch this short video

Ingredients:
(about 10 bagels 100g each)
Bagels
🥯 4 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
🥯 1 tbsp active dry yeast
🥯 1 1/3 cups warm water (if too dry add 1 tablespoons more of water at a time)
🥯 1 tbsp date or maple syrup
🥯 1 1/4 tsp salt
Poaching Water
🥯1 tsp baking soda
🥯1 tbsp date syrup
🥯1 tsp salt
Toppings:
🥯 sesame seeds
🥯 1 egg, beaten
🥯 Everything bagel seasoning (poppy seeds, sesame seeds, dried minced garlic, dried minced onion, salt)
Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the warm water, maple syrup, yeast flour and salt.
2. Knead the dough in a mixer or on a floured surface for about 10 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.
3. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.
4. Punch down the dough and divide it into equal pieces of about 140g each. Shape each piece into a ball and then flatten it slightly to form a bagel shape, roll and close into a bagel or just make a hole in the center and create a bagel shape. Leave to rise 10 more minutes covered.
5. Preheat the oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
6. Bring a large pan with water to a boil, mix in baking soda, salt and maple syrup.
Place bagels in the pot, poach 1 minute on each side and place on a baking sheet.
8. Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and sound hollow when tapped on the bottom.
9. Let the bagels cool on a wire rack before serving. Enjoy your delicious everything and sesame bagels
Enjoy❤️
