Apple Cinnamon Cake

Ingredients:

🍎5 eggs

🍎3/4 cups of sugar

🍎1 teaspoon vanilla extract

🍎3/4 cups of oil

🍎1 1/2 cups of orange juice

🍎1 tbsp baking powder

🍎1/2 tsp of cinnamon

🍎2 1/2 cups of flour

🍎3 apples cut into small cubes

🍎2 tbsp raisins

🍎Dried blueberries/raisins 🫐 and powdered sugar for decoration

Directions:

Whisk 5 whole eggs with sugar for about 7-10 minutes until it has become a lighter and whipped consistency.

Add the remaining ingredients to the egg mixture and carefully mix.

Pour into an oiled pan

Decorate with nuts or dried blueberries on top.

Bake at 350F for about 40 minutes, I test my cake with a wooden skewer if it comes out dry it is ready.

When the cake is cold, powder sugar on top.
