(50/50) Whole Wheat Bread

ingredients:
đ2 cups whole wheat flourÂ
đ2 cups all purpose flourÂ
đ1 tablespoon dry yeast Â
đ2 tablespoons honey
đ1/3 cups oilÂ
đ1 egg Â
đ1 1/2 cup warm water Â
đ1/2 tsp salt Â
đ1/3 cup of crushed nuts or seeds Â

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in order and knead for about 8-10 minutes. Dough should be soft, a bit sticky.
Place dough inside a large bowl or keep it in your mixing bowl, oil spray the dough & cover the bowl with a plastic wrap, a bag or a damp towel, let rise 30 minutes.
After 20 minutes punch in the dough, kneed for 1 minute and let rise covered, this time 1 hour, (oil spray on top of dough to avoid drying).
After dough has about doubled, knead about 2-5 minutes and make your bread shape.
Let it rise one last time covered another 15 minutes. Turn on your over to 350F.
Brush bread with egg and bake for 25-35 minutes.Â
Bread is ready when you tap on the bread and it sounds hollow. Â
